7. To conduct an impartial and professional candidate reference check once receiving permission from both parties prior to offer and acceptance.
8. To offer clients and candidates objective and professional feedback after any relevant meeting during and after the recruitment process.
9. To honour all replacement guarantees within an acceptable period.
10. To only advertise live positions.
